Join Cheryl Vance for an immersion in tradition embroidery techniques which can then springboard your own projects after the course. Students will begin with fundamental concepts such as embroidery styles, fabric choice, correct use of hoop, needle and thread, and design transfer. Students will learn a variety of embroidery stitches and create a sampler for reference and practice. Once students are comfortable with the stitches, students will choose between two pre-printed designs. Kits will be provided which will include all supplies.
