While working as a Computer Engineer and taking care of a new baby, I started to make jewellery at night to unwind. I started with just a simple beaded necklace, and expanded to silversmithing, casting, wire wrapping and other techniques.
I started with making gifts for friends, now I sell my work in many galleries and online. My work covers many mediums and techniques. Still, I find simple construction with beautiful material most appealing.
I've always been interested in making things with my hands. One craft often leads to another. Taught myself how to knit and crochet when I was just 10, Knitting leads to spinning yarns, spinning leads to weaving, weaving leads to beading, beading leads to silversmithing, and so on.
The new baby is now 16 and I'm still busy at my jewelry workbench. In this world of ever-expanding technologies, it is good to know there is a place where I can nurture my creativity. For people who support my work, thank you.
