CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS
COVID CANCELLATION POLICY
Complete refunds are provided if either the class is cancelled by Southampton Arts, you are no longer comfortable with attending, you become ill or are unable to find accomodation due to COVID-19. Please submit your refund requests to firstname.lastname@example.org.
STANDARD CANCELLATION POLICY
A cancellation fee of 10% applies to any class cancelled by the student more than twenty days before classes begin.
NO REFUND on classes the student cancels less than twenty days before the class begins.
If the course is cancelled by the SAC, registrants will be given two week's notice and a full refund.
An administration fee of $20 will apply to any class changes that are not the result of a class being cancelled.
THERE WILL BE NO DISCOUNTS, REFUNDS, CREDITS OR TRANSFERS FOR CLASSES NOT ATTENDED.
Classes are held in various locations, noted in your course description. Please note that SA reserves the right to change a workshop's location if required. Appropriate notice will be given to participants.
Smoking is not allowed inside or within three metres (10 feet) of any class location (inside or outside). Southampton Arts is not liable for any injury or loss/damage to possessions.
